The mission of the company is to help people live longer, be healthier and happier. In order to achieve these objectives, the company uses the latest results of researches in pharmaceutical area, produces and provides high quality medicines for the prevention and treatment of various diseases.
Balkan Pharmaceuticals has set as its main objective, to produce only quality medicines, which also would have an acceptable price, based on the purchasing power of the ordinary citizen. And by important donations, offered to medical institutions the company represents a model of corporate social responsibility, alternatively contributing to the achievement of the task.
About Balkan Pharmaceuticals
Balkan Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical company founded in 2006.
In October 2010, Balkan Pharmaceuticals has won the government procurement program, which allowed the company to deliver medicines to public clinics and hospitals. At the same time, the company started to invest in its new manufacturing complex in Singera.
Currently, the company owns two manufacturing facilities over 200 employees – doctors, chemists, technologists, programmers, engineers – work. All of them are highly qualified specialists. Company’s goal is to create in Moldova a qualified, competent staff that would correspond to all rigors of the work related to pharmaceutical production. That’s why, in order to raise and maintain the qualifications of the employees, periodically are attracted professionals from abroad – Ukraine, Romania and other European countries.
At the moment, the company’s portfolio consists of over 250 products , in different forms and dosages, including antitumor medicines, hormonal drugs, drugs with effect on nervous system, on the cardiovascular system, digestive, drugs with anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect etc.
